This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Ann Barlow of Pulteney Terrace in the Parish of Saint Mary Islington in the County of Middlesex / I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall be fully paid and satisfied / all the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of which I may be possessed or entitled to I give and bequeath to my dear niece Mary Ann Henman to and for her absolute use and benefit / I appoint my said Niece sole Executrix of this my Will / I revoke all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made And declare this only to be my last Will and testament / In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand and seal this [blank] day of November one thousand eight hundred and forty seven ------- Mary Ann Barlow -------

We / Frederick Barlow formerly of 5 Foundling Terrace Grays Inn Road but now of 48 Edwards Square Kensington both in the County of Middlesex Surveyor / Joseph Thomas Barlow formerly of 7 Caroline Place Barnsbury Road Islington House Agent but now of 171 Caledonian Road Islington both in the County of Middlesex Surveyor / and Charles Barlow formerly of Sidney House Upper Holloway but now of 21 Belle Vue Villas Seven Sisters Road both in the County of Middlesex Surveyor/ jointly and severally make oath and say as follows
1. That we are the subscribing witnesses to the last Will and Testament of the said Mary Ann Barlow late of Grundisburgh Mill Grundisburgh Near Woodbridge in the County of Suffolk but formerly of Pulteney Terrace in the Parish of Saint Mary Islington in the County of Middlesex Widow deceased / who died on or about the thirtieth day of December One thousand eight hundred and sixty two at Grundisburgh Mill Grundisburgh Near Woodbridge in the County of Suffolk aforesaid / the said Will being now hereunto annexed and beginning thus "This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Ann Barlow of Pulteney Terrace in the Parish of Saint Mary Islington in the County of Middlesex" and ending thus "In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand and seal this [blank] day of November One thousand eight hundred and forty seven" / and being thus subscribed "Mary Ann Barlow.
2. That we have viewed and perused the said Will and particularly observed that the blank space originally left in the said Will for the insertion of the day of the month of the date thereof has never been supplied.
3. That the said Testatrix executed the said Will in the month of November One thousand eight hundred and forty seven by signing her name at the foot or end thereof as the same now appears thereon in the presence of us all of us being present at the same time and we thereupon attested and subscribed the said Will in the presence of the said Testatrix.
4. That we do not neither both any or either of us now remember and we have not neither have any or either of us any minute or memorandum of nor have we or any or either of us any means at this distance of time of ascertaining the precise day in the said month of November in the year One thousand eight hundred and forty seven on which the said testatrix executed the said Will as aforesaid

Proved at London 17th March 1863 by the Oath of Mary Ann Buttrum wife of John Buttrum / formerly Henman Spinster / the Niece the sole Executrix to whom Admon was granted
