"Captn Westcott Will : A true Copy"

This is a certified copy of Captain George Blagdon Westcott's will, made at the time probate was granted in 1799. The first signatory, Harry Baines Lott, was a Honiton lawyer (son of a local banker), who was later to serve in Parliament. The Lotts were apparently related to the Westcotts through marriage. The official record is found here.
