Last Will and Testament : Woodbridge, Suffolk, 1884

I Mary Ann Buttrum of the Tower Mill Burkett Road Woodbridge in the County of Suffolk Widow declare this to be my last Will and Testament and I hereby devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate unto my son George Buttrum absolutely and appoint the said George Buttrum sole Executor of this my Will / In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this thirtieth day of July one thousand eight hundred and eighty four.

Signed by the said Mary Ann Buttrum the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses ----- Mary Ann Buttrum

On the 6th day of April 1905 Probate of this Will was granted at Ipswich to George Buttrum the sole Executor


Be it known that Mary Ann Buttrum of the Tower Mill Burkett Road Woodbridge in the County of Suffolk Widow who at the time of her death had a fixed place of abode at Woodbridge aforesaid within the District of the Eastern Division of the County of Suffolk and North Division of the County of Essex died on the 9th day of December 1904 at Woodbridge aforesaid.

And be it further known that at the date hereunder written the last will and Testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the District Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice at Ipswich and that administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to George Buttrum of Woodbridge aforesaid Miller and Merchant the son of the said deceased the sole Executor named in the said Will.
