THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me ALICE MARIA HUGHES OF 7 The Circle Harborne Birmingham.

1. I REVOKE all Wills heretofore made by me.

2. I APPOINT Midland Bank Executor and Trustee Company Limited (hereinafter called "the Company") and Hugh Roberts of Awelon 144 Penrhos Road Bangor North Wales (who together with the Company are hereinafter called "my Trustees") to be Executors and Trustees of this my Will AND I DECLARE that the Company is so appointed upon its published Standard Conditions as now in force (as if the same were here set out) with remuneration as provided by those Conditions and the Company's Standard Scale of Fees in force at my death.

3. I GIVE THE FOLLOWING LEGACIES free of duty:

Five Hundred Pounds (£500) to my sister Edith Cooper the wife of Harry Cooper of 127 Broad Lane Coventry.

Four Hundred Pounds (£400) to my brother Joseph Douglas Shaw Campbell of Boquhan East Lodge Kippen Stirlingshire.

Five Hundred Pounds (£500) and my figured oak writing desk to Richard Trefor Parry Jones of 129 Butterstile Lane Prestwich Manchester.

Five Hundred Pounds (£500) to Sarah Marian Parry Roberts the wife of Hugh Roberts of 144 Penrhos Road Bangor.

One Hundred Pounds (£100) to the British Vigilance Association of 17a Kings Road London S.W.3.

One Hundred Pounds (£100) to St. Dunstan's Institution for the Blind of 9 - 11 Park Crescent Regents Park London W.3.

One Hundred Pounds (£100) to the Welsh League of Youth Aberystwyth

AND I DECLARE that the receipt of the Treasurer for the time being of the last three mentioned Institutions shall be a sufficient discharge to my Executors.

4. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH the residue of my estate unto and equally between such of the said Richard Trefor Parry Jones and the said Sarah Marian Parry Roberts as shall survive me.

5. I DESIRE to be cremated.

I, ALICE MARIA HUGHES of 7 The Circle Harborne in the City of Birmingham Widow DECLARE this to be a first Codicil to my Will which Will bears date the 15th day of December One thousand nine hundred and 59

1. I BEQUEATH the following legacies:-

(a) TO my niece Mary Bush and to her husband Alan Bush of "Greenslopes" Tamworth Road Kersley End near Coventry or to the survivor of them the two carver chairs and oak dining table in my dining room

(b) TO Mrs. Marjory Whitehouse of 3 Wentworth Gate Harborne aforesaid the oak table in my hall and the silk embroidered fire screen in my dining room.

(c) TO Mrs. Helen Jones of 56 Grosvenor Road Harborne aforesaid if in my employ at my death the sum of Fifty pounds

2. IN all other respects I confirm my said Will.
