Be it known, that at the date hereunder written, the last Will and Testament with a Codicil of Eleanor Sapsworth formerly of No 9 Northampton Park Canonbury in the County of Middlesex but late of Clyde Villa Hadley Green High Barnet in the County of Hertford widow deceased, who died on the 3rd. day of November 1882, at Clyde Villa aforesaid was proved and registered in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice / and that Administration of the personal estate of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to George Saunders Sapsworth of No 56 High Street Shadwell in the said County of Middlesex Leather Merchant the nephew / the sole Executor named in the said Codicil / he having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same.

Dated the ninth day of December 1882.
